Spicy Pecans

So, these Spicy Pecans are kind of a big deal for us. They were the first time we got a little adventurous and added some heat to our classic sweet pecans. We tossed in some real cinnamon, a pinch of chili, and a tiny bit of cayenne, and somehow it just worked—salty, sweet, and just spicy enough. They’re awesome for jazzing up a cheese board or salad or just snacking straight from the bag when you want a little kick. Some days call for a little kick. Give ’em a try if you’re feeling a bit bold.

Ingredients: Pecans, sugar, egg whites, salt, chili powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, cumin, allspice
