I expected this jam to have succulent flavors of both strawberry and rhubarb but found neither, The jam seemed to lightly disperse some fruit flavors with a more sugar and pectin revival. I love the taste of rhubarb and strawberry together as they symbiotically complement each other but this jam was definitely not it. So disappointing!
