Berkshire Wine Jelly

Kevin and Barbara Kirshner, the creators of Berkshire Wine Jelly and Berkshire Grain in Lenox, Massachusetts, have over 80 years of combined experience in the food industry. They took their life-long love and obsession with food to a new level in 1990 when they formed a company dedicated to the creation of granola and associated food products and have been going strong ever since.

Several years ago, while experimenting with new recipes, they came across a process for making wine jelly. Soon Kevin and Barbara were producing Berkshire Wine Jelly and selling it at farmers markets and retailers where people fell so much in love with this new condiment, it became hard to keep up with demand.
